Talented entrepreneur and small-business owner Jessica Adair brings her savvy business prowess and flair for interior design to the team at Just Listed SoCal.
 
From first-time homebuyers to seasoned homeowners and those relocating to the area, Jessica’s strategic mindset and serviced-based approach are key to supporting her clients throughout all their real estate endeavors. Whether she’s collaborating with industry professionals, designers, investors, or developers, Jessica finds solutions that meet her clients’ specific property needs.
 
Prior to obtaining her real estate license, Jessica owned and operated her own brick-and-mortar clothing and home decor boutique in Huntington Beach, California. She was drawn to real estate after inheriting, flipping, and selling her grandparents’ single-family home and small commercial business. Jessica’s firsthand experience makes it easy for her to help facilitate any purchase or sale and give expert advice on getting the most out of an investment property.
 
Born and raised in Orange County, Jessica lived in LA for a few years before finally relocating to Canyon Hills, California, where she is raising her family. In her free time, she enjoys living a healthy lifestyle and getting into home design projects.
